I've gone here for 10 years... 2-3 times each year. It was always a HIGHLIGHT of my year. NOW IT SUCKS. They don't answer their phones anymore, they don't return phone calls. I finally got an appointment after 60 days of unreturned phone-calls, and the experience was GHASTLY. Dirty. Filthy. Bugs in the bathroom. I would have gotten a better massage from a traffic cop. NOTHING WORKS ANYMORE. New owners have DESTROYED THIS PLACE. SO SAD TO SEE A PIECE OF HISTORY DIE
Pros: nothing good to say anymore
Cons: bad service, massage, cleanliness, etc... AWFUL
