Review content:
This company has terrible customer service; you will NEVER talk to a human being when you call. You must always leave a message, and sometimes they will call you back. This is a third party shipper, so their obligations to you, the consumer, are non existent. They are highly inflexible, and only offer delivery on certain days with less than 2 day notice. Not only that, but the window of delivery is a 6 hour time span. If you're like 90% of Americans, who WORK, this is NEVER convenient. Again, though, because they are a third party shipper, they have NO concern for the consumer. According to the company that I purchased my items from, they are the ONLY "white glove' shipper in the Pittsburgh area. With that said, after my experience with them and getting the company I bought the items from involved - they have since DROPPED them as their carrier. Thank God!
I paid for mattress delivery and removal of my old mattress PLUS delivery AND set up of my new furniture. First of all, they tried to make me PAY the driver for the removal of the old mattress, which, like I said, I had already paid for. So they wouldn't take it. I had to call the company I bought the furniture from, Starck had to come back out and pick it up, which was a WEEK later. They also attempted to back out of setting up the bedroom furniture until I showed them that I paid for that service, which was VERY CLEARLY written on the invoices that THEY BROUGHT. I can't say enough BAD things about this company. Run, don't walk away from this company.
