This place has serious attitude. I am a grad student and low on funds and I went here to get a flat fixed and some guy who looks like Dave Matthews told me I needed a tune up for $80 bucks. I politely declined and he gave me an attitude. Then when I picked up my bike written on the receipt was "Customer refused tune-up!!!", like it was the worst decision in my life not to get a tune up. I don't know if this guy owns the place or what but his attitude is bad for business especially when it's directed towards a customer that's been going there for 33 years. Anyway, I'm done here...I have studying to do.
