I left a review that wasn't that great explaining how I was giving SOHO a 3rd attempt before I didn't return for services. I mentioned the place is very clean and my waxer was super sweet.I just was not pleased with my outcome. A day or so later the manager personally called me, expressing her apologies and was going to have me try a different woman to wax me. End of of the day, I was very happy, Jenna was professional and sweet.The wax was basically painless and she tweezed parts she missed. I am happy I gave it a finall try, and was pleased the manager actually cared about a customer. My experience was good, and I have already made an appt for my upkeep next month.
