I really like baja fresh, so I decided to check out Rubio's for a change. Plus, I had a coupon for one of their Health Mex meals.
It was.....good, but it could've been a lot better. Maybe it's just the Health Mex recipe. =/ However, Rubio's IS a lot cheaper than baja fresh and I'll probably go back one of these days and try their shrimp tacos. Those look yummy =)
the food is really oily and fatty looking though, so if you're on a diet, don't come here. Even the health mex foods look really bad (as in bad for your health). So yeah. I think I'd put this on the equivilant of fast food. High in acids and sodium, this stuff will give you heartburn.
