Hi, This survey is a great idea. I got a compliment from my husband on the color Stephen added to my hair. The process was to add some dark lowlights to make the grey and previously colored hair blend and add an element of contract to the grey we are starting to feature at my hairline... Anyway Joe had no idea what I had done... but he told me this weekend a few times that my hair looked good. So, that's my litmus test that the new process is a good one! See you in a few weeks.....
