Sorry but after my last transmission flush I wont be returning...my understanding was the would flush all the fluid they flushed 8 qt. as i saw on the side of the machine.when I questioned why it holds 15 qts why they only took out 8 they said it looked clean on the dipstick and it must have been low and scale on the side of machine wasnt that accurate.everyone from the front desk in cluding the people in the shop tried to tell me it was ok and they knew that machine had an 8 qt button and that was what he hit,yet tried to convience me it was fine only after i called and said i was going to another place to get it done right and they could pay for it or refund my money did they offer to make it right they rehooked the machine and hit the 16 qt button and it took out 16qts I wonder what happen the first time I got a flush there. no telling
