I have not ever had a bad experience at this location.. I have been getting my taxes done by heaths for the last few years and despite all of the bad reviews (most people won't leave a good review, but they will tell their friends about it) I learned of Heath's tax service from a co worker and have not ever had a bad experience, I actually owed money last year but that was no fault of Heath's tax service. I actually was not claiming enough tax money and was advised to change the amount I was claiming. If you would like a fair price for filing your income taxes, plus a family friendly atmosphere...GO HERE. I drive from Gainesville to Cartersville to get my taxes done by Heath's...enough said.
