MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS AGENCY! WITHOUT ASKING ME THEY PUT ANOTHER PERSON WE WERE TRAVELING WITH ON MY DEBIT CARD AFTER THEIR CARD WAS DECLINED!! I FOUND OUT WHEN I RETURNED FROM THE TRIP AND HAD A NEGATIVE BALANCE! ROBERT WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALL AND WHEN I FINALLY REACHED HIM HE OFFERED NO EXCUSE OR APOLOGY. NOW I AM STUCK WITH A $1200.00 TICKET AND HAVE TO CONSIDER LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER PERSON I FLEW WITH. I CONTACTED MY BANK ,WHO CONTACTED CRYSTAL TRAVEL,AND CRYSTAL TRAVEL TOLD THEM I WAS AWARE OF THE CHARGE. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR DEBIT CARD TO ROBERT!
