Our landlord figured that now was as good a time as any to replace the older roof on our rental property. We figured the entire thing would be a pain, but the combined efforts of our landlord and Jorve Roofing, the Seattle contractors he opted to used, made it an entirely pain free experience. For one, our Jeff, our landlord, paid not only for the roof repair, but for a week-long vacation during the construction as well, which was an incredible surprise. Our only interaction with the roofers at Jorve was when they evaluated the roof, and even then they were impressive and careful not to bother us in any way. When we returned to the house, I didn’t exactly expect to notice a major difference, but they really did do a noticeably great job improving the roof. We can’t give Jorve the credit for having a great vacation, but we can give them all the credit of coming home to an amazing finished product.
