I have sent them multiple emails concerning a wrongly delivered wig for almost a month now to which I have not received a single reply yet.
Apparently their company does not value customer service nor maintaining a decent attitude towards customers.
I find the complete lack of communication unprofessional and very disturbing not to mention highly offensive.
Since I have been a returning customer for almost 2 years I would have expect a little more courtesy on their behalf but it seems their company is unable to deal with even the most basic communication skills.
Upon researching HoB (both retail en Internet stores) on various internet review sites it also becomes apparent that I am not the only one who has been treated this way.
I am very dissapointed and upset by this matter and I will definitely take my business elsewhere from now on.
