This guy was never there to check on the work. Uses several different subs contractors to do his work. lied to me and always looking for any excuse to charge extra even though contract covers it. The sub contractors he uses while working on my house were in experienced and lied to me continuously. Save yourself time, money and alot of headache and stay clear from this guy Shane Fender
