I am shocked at the service and disrespect of the owner. I used to bring my dogs to the store and never noticed a problem however, the last time I stayed to watch them do my dogs nails and I couldn't believe how agressive they were with my dogs. I decided to not go back however, my husband wanted to surprise me for my birthday and get my dogs groomed. He ended up going to the same groomers unaware of my hesitations. When they came back home I thought everything was fine until I was petting one of my dogs and noticed blood on my hands. His whole back side was raw with small cuts and I immediately called to see what type of service they did that would have caused it. The guy mentioned it was the brush and they had probably done it too hard but he wasnt the one doing it and he was not responsible. I asked if it was fair that I paid for my dog to come back in this condition and asked for a refund for my one dog. The guy refused and immediately went into the defense (seems like he gets the calls often). After going back and forth asking for the refund, telling him I woud bring the dog back to look at what they did, he still said I wasn't getting my money back. He said "nothing will make you happy" and I said well the refund of the one dog would but it looks like you are refusing that. He stated "thats why I'm not married to you". He also said "I didn't twist your husbands arm to come here, he is a grown man". I am currently shocked at the response and in no way would I ever recommend their service. He even said "you can bring a lawn chair up here and stay all day but you won't get your money back". WOW, what kind of business is this! Please do not put your dogs through this place, no telling how things are when you are not watching. In no way would I recommend their services.
