My family will never eat here again. We are locals & USED to eat there every couple wks. Quality has gone way down. This evening I picked up a jar of Jim's sauce. Got it home & realized it was FULL of mold. You could literally see white mold in the top 1.5 to 2" of the jar w/o even taking the lid off. So thinking they might not believe me when it was convenient to go back, I took it right back and the guy (before I even said anything) starts to reach under the counter and says 'yeah some of them are bad'! So they knew some of them were bad but sold it to me anyhow. He tells me he will tell his manager (after I made a couple more comments) but refuses so much as to offer me a replacement jar for free or anything. Maybe the guy really didn't have the 'authority' but it is ridiculous they don't have anyone that could address a customer service issue that extreme. This isn't the first time we have been disappointed either. I almost feel bad leaving this (because they are a local mom & pop) but they didn't care about our experience, my having to spend gas/time coming back to return it so oh well... Sincerely disappointed, Jim w/ the Green Ford Ranger.
