My family has been with Gary Carpenter's State Farm office for years. My parents were always insured through his office and now my family is. The employees in his office are so friendly and provide great customer service. Every claim we've ever had go through his office has been handled quickly and efficiently. We've never had to call back to find out the status of a claim or been left in the dark on any issues.
