Review content:
Initially saw Zach, great cut, suggested short term Keratin treatment for my fine hair, result fine limp lifeless hair. Then went to different stylist, Cary. Several nice cuts, had a good perm then discussed a cut from a picture, he thought it would work, cut looked nothing like the picture, then he suggested "trying" extensions to fill it all in, at a discount. Still didn't have anything like the cut I had requested, now spent additional $200 on extensions, months later, extensions are removed and I get have appt for a perm, my hair is cut prior to the perm, and I spend nearly 4 hours at the salon for this process and 35 minutes sitting in the lobby with wet hair while he takes "5 minutes" to cut a 5 year old's hair. I almost walk out, wet hair and all. Finally Cary finishes cutting the young man's hair, and at this point I am about out of time and tell him I need to leave soon for a party I am hosting. I get a quick blow dry. My hair is FRIED! The next month I am dealing with completely damaged, breaking hair, 6 months later it is still not back to normal.I have had to go elsewhere to get my hair deep conditioned. I invested a lot of money in my hair in this salon, I noted this in a survey I received following my last visit to the salon to see Marie.
