Review content:
The nail area is so dirty, she used materials that were sitting around her table which had nail clippings and dust everywhere, gross. My biggest complaint is that, she knew this was my first time with this kind of manicure. And told me not to open any of the nail polish bottles. That the colors outside were exactly how they show up on the nail. So I picked a color, which appeared to be a neutral white-ish and began. Through the process of the UV drying I'm sitting there waiting for the color to show up because my nails looked like they had a clear coat on and nothing else. And I asked her, how does the color come out? And she said - this is the color, they aren't any neutral colors for the no-chip mani. !!! So I just spent $40 for my nails to be completely clear. I'm livid. I told the manager as I paid to leave and she reduced the price by $5 - nice, but doesn't so me much good anyway. I have a photo shoot this weekend with my three week old daughter and was looking forward to having pretty nails in the pics, as well as not having to maintain them so much in the next couple of weeks with a newborn at home. Now I'm just more frustrated and upset. No more Teddie's for me.
