I left this salon in tears. I had a color, highlights and a cut. They left the color and highlights on way too long, leaving me with brown hair with fluorescent orange streaks. The stylist was rude and wouldn't let the colorist fix my hair b/c she needed to cut it. She apparently cannot cut hair unless she cuts it wet, dries it and then cuts it again. She made me get my wet hair cut, dry it, cut it again, AND THEN wet it again, get the orange streaks fixed. By then, I was out of time and had to leave the salon with wet, orange steaked hair - and they didn't even cover my grey. Worst salon experience of my life. These people are novices and do not know what they are doing.
