Review content:
This shop had replaced a transmission for me couple years ago and no problems experienced. On a return for routine oil change a short time later the rep tried to tell me I need to change transmission fluid based on hi-miles on car. I explained about new transmission. Yesterday I was in again for oil change and before rep could start to suggest extra work I explained what happened before and to check car for potential safety issues. Ended up doing rear brake pads and turned rotors; R&R power steering pump that had a leak and mgr threw in free fluids change and 5 coupon card for future oil changes. I left a satisfied customer; but do caution anyone having auto work done at any auto shop to ask questions and check repairpal.com for estimates on suggested work when in for routine oil change.............FREE checks are seldom really FREE
