Review content:
I visited your store for the first time since transferring to Texas from Georgia yesterday. It was a terrible experience. I came in for a simple oil change, which I had a coupon for. I asked how long it would take to get an oil change and I was told there was no one in front of me so they could pull my car in immediately, so I said ok. The sales person then tried several times to get me to purchase a coupon for 5 oil changes at a cost of $118.00 I kept telling him I was not interested at this time but he kept on pushing. Once he got the Idea that I was not going to purchase it he said they would get to my car immediately. My wife and I waited over 20 minutes and I watched them pull 3 cars into their bay while my car sat right where I parked it. When I asked why these cars were being serviced before mine, the sales person said we will pull yours in next. When I questioned why those 3 cars where pulled in front of mine, when I was told that there was no one in front of me, I was told that papers must have got shuffled. The car started smoking like burnt oil and is still smoking today.I consider this very poor customer service and shoddy mechanical service.
