Was having problems with the Ethernet connection on my.
I called PC Trade after reading the review on Judy's Book, and explained the symptoms. They said to bring the laptop by and they would diagnose and repair it in 5 minutes.
I went by, the technician,who was extremely professional and friendly, diagnosed and repaired my laptop in just about 5 minutes.
In addition, he uploaded a new, more secure web browser simply because he felt the one I had was too vulnerable.
All this for the price of a USB Ethernet adapter and a small tip.
This was all done in short amount of time, with fantastic service at an extremely reasonable price.
I highly recommend them for problems you have with your PC or Laptop.
