Mike and I believe jon were very nice, accomidating and freindly. I was rather discouraged when the AC started blowing hot after less than 48 hours. when you spend $2000 for something to be fixed and it fails within days it is dissappointing at best. I will be contacting them soon to reschedule the inconvenience of having to go through this again. The staff was great the outcome not so much. Please contact me for any questions 281-755-3241
