I cannot rate my visit with even one star. I will not be back, treated as a typical woman and the store thought they could get an add on service if they failed my inspection. I am so disapointd in the managements response to my complaint. Nothing you can do to save me as a customer. I only wish this store can learn that just because you are a woman, they just might know what they are talking about. This shop failed my inspection trying to tell me I needed a break job and tires. I went down the road and the same car was inspect with no questions asked. The management cannot defend what they did to try and earn a sale. I am in the same business. Ethics is something that is needed in this store. I will never be back. The manager knows he was wrong and I will not battle him in trying to defend what I know to be true and proven by real professionals. Amy Wiesinger
