From the minute you call to make an appt you can tell that Skyrokh is a customer-centric salon. The receptionists are warm, friendly and professional. They work with you to find the best appt time for your schedule and greet you like a friend when you walk in the door. The salon's decor and ambiance is relaxing and beautiful. You start with a relaxing shampoo, head massage and hand massage, which is just heavenly AND complimentary. Then, the most important thing, the Stylists... They are all artists. I've never had a haircut as good and as personalized for ME as the ones I get from Stephanie. She does magic with hair, and is very collaborative with you on the cut. She gives really helpful home styling tips, and suggests products without pushing anything. I feel like she really cares about how my hair will work for me until the next cut, and wants me to have an easier time making my hair look great on my own. Last but not least, their prices are incredibly competitive. I am really impressed with the quality of the service, and their prices are so reasonable for what you get. I am so thrilled to have found such a great salon. I walk in as an ugly duckling and walk out as a swan!
