Review content:
I had a lovely massage there last week; however there were two pieces of the experience that could have been handled better. My appointment started over 15 minutes late and the person assigned to do my massage was not the person who did it. That in itself is not an issue, but no explaination was given and I was not asked if the change was ok with me. That courtesy should have been extended. I had to dig into the situation myself to find out what was going on. Also, there was no suggestion of rescheduling. I might have been prompted to make another appointment. Then my husband went there to buy gift certificates for the girls in his office. He has bought them there for several years. He asked if there was a "special" for which he could buy a gift card. He was told "no" and was turned away. If he could have bought a gift card for $150 each that is what he would have done. No one thought to suggest that. Another spa in town suggested that, and they sold 5 $150 gift certificates.
