Review content:
Ginger is known to help with digestive issues such as indigestion, gas and bloating, diarrhea, and irritable bowel syndrome. It also settles and upset stomach and relieves nausea which can be a side effect of kratom. As well as having anti-tumor and ant-inflammatory qualities, turmeric is known to act as a chologogue (increase bile flow). Black pepper is known to decrease flatulence and bloating as well as increase the flow of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Cinnamon is another potentiator that helps regulate blood sugar and relieve indigestion, nausea and gas. These are just a few.
