The team did an excellent job from start to finish. I was met at the waiting area with a friendly, personable representative and knowing the routine headed to the service desk. There were plenty of knowledgable folks who were able to write up my order with the assistance of a computer program which quickly recognized me as a previous customer, handled my request for the emissons test and to check the tire pressure of my tires. Told it would take about 15 minutes. After a few errands in the immediate area I returned to find my vehicle be driven to a parking space - assuming that it was complete I was addressed at the service desk and the write up to finish the service order was handled efficiently by a friendly, personable representative. The service desk team appeared to be enjoying themselves - a good signof strong customer focused group. The continued personal service at your location makes returning for service an easy decision. Also, I appreciate the periodic emails from the store with reminders and discount coupons. Now develop a personalized web site when one can download service history and previous invoices for service.
