We recently had Central A/C installed by Flynn. I will start by saying that the men who came to work were polite & relatively clean.
We were quoted that this was a 2 day job (by other company's too). The job was understaffed (in january) so the duct installation took 5 days. Part of the job was having the walls repaired & this has been a HUGE problem. We are on day 13 of the entire job. I'm tired of having our closets emptied; unable to find what we need etc. "Bobby" didn't show up the 1st 3 days as promised. Then he only came for 1/2 day, & canceled the next 3. Hoping he actually shows up today. Communication from Flynn Aire is poor. We always have to call/email them to see what is going on and in the case of "bobby" the sheet rock guy; the work is not getting done in a timely matter as promised. They haven't left the manuals or explained how to use the system.
This project has become living hell because they can't seem to finish it up. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM
