I just want to take this time to thank everyone at Barnes........from the moment I walk in the building to the time I leave there is a very personable feeling......a feeling that everyone cares.......I am the biggest child you can imagine when it comes to seeing the dentist, I even have nightmares before the day of getting my teeth just CLEANED! I cannot not express in words how hard everyone works to make sure I am comfortable, if it's a cleaning or a crown.....I know that the dentist and staff understand my fears and try to comfort me in anyway they can........unless you have a great fear of going to the dentist like I do you cannot imagine how much the way they care is appreciated!......I share this info with anyone that is looking for a new dentist....I appreciate everyone at Barnes and want to thank them for their TLC......As for billing, they are wonderful, they always helped me in a payment plan if needed, discussing insurances......I felt I was the only one in the building that they needed their time....in a world of chaos and pushing through lines this is amazing.......Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to express my appreciation.
