I called to find out if they had a record of my car being sold to them last year, after receiving an insurance cancellation notice from the DMV. The man who answered the phone cut me off in mid-sentence, after all I had said was "I may have sold my car to your company last July..." and he said in a condescending tone, "This is why you are calling us at 5:00 as we are walking out the door? You can call us back on Monday morning." I was shocked. I was calling them for help and I didn't even realize what time it was, or that they closed at 5:00. I have never been treated so badly as a customer and being that I am pregnant and VERY emotional, he made me cry because I don't understand how someone could be so mean for no reason.
