Review content:
I recently changed insurance and this was my first time visiting this dentist for an exam, x-rays and a cleaning. I see the dentist/periodontist every three months religously for cleanings and evaluation. The staff were all very professional and friendly but I left this office feeling stressed after the expensive list they recommended I need done. There was even a point I felt like I was dealing with a salesperson instead of a dentist, although it's not to say I don't need the work done - how would I know, I'm not a dentist. I am in the process of checking on what they feel needs to be done and whats actually covered by the insurance after my son was recommended work done that they wanted to charge me several hundred dollars for, after checking I found it was actually covered 100%. The fact that I feel I have to do this alone tells me I don't have alot of trust in this establishment and really why should I. All I want is to trust the fact that my family and I are in great hands.
