I have been to Driver's auto repair several times and always had great service but this time was very different. First, I called the day before and made my appointment, but when I got there they said they didn't have one for me. When I used my cell phone to call the store and it rang right in front of the guy he still acted like it still wasn't a big deal and they just "forgot to write it down." Then the two guys behind the counter tried to high pressure sale me into buying some expensive 5 part oil change package. Finally, they told me it would be $20 on the phone to get a cabin air filter changed then came back and said it would be more like $75 - $80. Very disappointed in the service I received on this visit and I doubt I will ever go back. The one virtue was they did complete my oil change quickly.
