From the minute I walked in the door I was blown away by the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful decor, and wonderful customer service. I was escorted to the "meditation room", this is what they called it, and I have to say it was like I had gone to a resort. I, by the way, I have been to many spa's in town, out of town, & out of the country, and I have never had a more pleasant experience anywhere else. I had the full day package & the only complaint I had was that after six wonderful hours of pampering, I had to walk back out into Columbus instead of a resort on the beach. I am serious, if you want to escape for while go to New Image. I have already booked my next massage with Kim, facial with Kelsey, & mani / pedi with Lisa.
