I made an appointment and they charged me a $40 copay and had lunch with my dad immediately after my appt. and I made a comment on how steep I thought the copay was. So he called up and basically told them to give me my money back because our copay is NOT $40. So Jennifer the office manager said she would need to verify my insurance before a refund could be issued. I call up a few days later to check the status of my insurance and Jennifer said that my copay was actually just $20 so I got a refund..... Then not even a month later I get a bill for $20. So I call Jennifer again and she gives me the run around and said she never verified my insurance and she gave me half my money back because my dad called and told her to. And that my insurance company " kicked back " my claim and said they weren't going to pay. So who's job is it to verify insurance and why wasn't it EVER done!? Scam.
