Alex McClelland, The Owner, Is Fair, Honest, Nice Guy, Who Finds Time For Loyal Customers. —Alex does quality work and to back it up, if something goes wrong, he will take care of it for you. Customer service is wonderful, you help him, he helps you. No surprises with Alex, if he runs into another problem, rather than fix it and charge you, he will let you know about and see what you want to do. I have been back to him many times with my old Saturn and my Cavalier, and will continue to go back when I need it.
