Tim is a pro at his job!!! I have never had a windshield replaced before and was curious how it was done so I watched, this man EARNS his living, wow. Tim was at my place the next day and installed a windshield that looked like it came off the line. I enjoyed our conversation and learning what goes into his work, hands down a pro. What amazed me the most is his care and concern with his quality of work, and he actively tried to save me money, he was careful enough to use my factory molding and save me over $30 on a new one. I will never hesitate to call him again or recommend him to family and friends. I can't say enough, I enjoyed watching him work, he even let me help set my own glass, as a guy who likes to fix his own car, I would never try this but now I know and appreciate the service he provides at an unbelievably fair price with exceptional quality. He comes prepared, all the tools and supplies he could possibly need including a wireless credit card machine. popped in the glass, swiped my card, and wished me well. I've never experienced a level of service like this in almost anything I've ever bought as a consumer.
