Review content:
I called Best Service Appliance Repair when my Lg dishwasher stopped working. I had a number of concerns about the repair since my kitchen was built around my appliances, and apparently now they don’t sell dishwashers in that specific size. The man I spoke to over the phone was very nice, he took the time to answer all my questions and explain exactly what to expect for the repair. The technician they sent over was very polite and clearly had a lot of experience with repairs. He told me that I would have to replace the control board. He didn’t have the part with him and said that he would order it and then come back to replace it in about a week. I then got a call back saying that since my machine was so old, its parts are harder to get a hold of, and that the control board was backordered. It took a few more weeks but eventually they got a hold of it and returned to install it. I’m not happy I had to wait so long for the part but I guess it’s out of their hands. The dishwasher works perfectly again so overall I am happy with the repair.
