I have went to Deaconess several times and each time have had problems. The hospital ER staff are very incompetant as well as one inparticular physician in the ER. One time the hospital sent me home with a needle in my arm until i had an appointment with the cardiac staff. Second time ER predicted that i was just bruised after a fall and later went to another hospital to find out that i had a concussion and a small fracture. Deaconess Medical Center in Spokane is a joke. It seems to me that when they were bought out for profit the services declined. I will NEVER return to this hospital! I will seek medical assistance elsewhere.
