I view most shops wearily, because you always have a subtle feeling that someone is trying to fix something that may not be necessary. I interacted with Mike and Sammy and both were professional, clear, articulate and had outstanding follow up and follow-through skills. The vehicle was completed on time and at the number they quoted. My only feedback which may be slightly negative would be that I wish their prices were a little lower, and/or if there were more significant "deals"....as the discount/coupon was less than 2% of the total price (not much of a savings)
