Your front end of the Utica Store did not approach me when I was looking at products. I purchased products without assitance. The selection of eye make up looks minimal and not inviting. In the past someone would have approached to me to ask if I was interested in anything. I had to repeat myself several times to ask the person at the front deskt to change an appointment time. My service that I received was great but up front the service has declined.
