Everyone was very friendly and offered a beverage while I waited. My stylist Seth, was very good and gave me the style I wanted. The products are good quality. What made me have a lukewarm experience, however, was the loud noise. The sound of hair dryers and loud voices bounces off the concrete floor, walls and high ceiling. There should be sound buffering panels on every wall as well as hanging vertical from the ceiling. I could hardly make my hair-cut style requests known to my stylist over the loud din.
