I am at your Utica Square location at least once or twice a week between hair appointments, massage appointments and nail appointments. From the front desk to the provision of the service I have always received outstanding friendly service. Roger and his crew out front are fabulous....they always remember my name, have me checked in before I reach the front desk, offer me a beverage etc...Al never dissapoints me with my hair cuts or color and is wonderfully personable. Roxanne is fabulous with my pedicures and John Paul never disappoints with my biweekly massages. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
