Review content:
Dry cleaning is the biggest scam! It is right up there with haircuts and auto work (two service that typically come with a higher price tag for women). It makes me crazy.
Now that rant is off my chest....I like Sparkle Cleaner in Ballard (two locations). They consistently do quality work and their prices are not a moving target. Of course they do not publish rates (no dry cleaner except Four Seasons and Bargs does that) so I tend to ask at drop off, make sure they put the quote in writing and take a copy of the ticket with me.
We have sent them our (easy) alterations with 100% success.
I did have one occasion when I needed them to redo a cleaning (clearly my dressed got missed) and they did it happily.
