I do have to say that Lynn was amazing...... Am so excited that she will be at the Tyler Mall location. But...... As far as the other employees there I had a problem . I always went to the riverside plaza location until one day when I took my son with me and the girls from the front desk gave me hell about it I was very upset. It's not like it's against the law to bring your kids with you. Anyways so I went to the plaza again the other day and like I said Lynn was amazing I told her about the horriable experience I had previously and she agreed with me that it was wrong. Well when I was almost finished with my service sure enough the management approched me concerning my son. I was very upset. I don't think I'll ever visit the riverside location ever again it was two horriable expereiences. Which isn't cool because I have been going to Karen Allen for a long time.
