I did not have a good experience as a first time customer. I was early to my appointment by a half hour and was never offered a refreshment. My stylist was a half hour behind schedule leaving me to sit and wait and no one let me know that he was running late. I had to go up to the receptionist and confirm my appointment was at 2. She had already forgotten my name after just checking me in a half hour ago. Not many others had walked in after me, but those that did walk in after me were offered a refreshment while they waited. Due to the stylist running behind, he didn't blow dry or style my hair and my bill was very high for the quality of service that I received. I personally did not enjoy my first experience, but I am glad all of the others that wrote a review did.
