I had Just moved back to Sacramento from another state and needed a good mechanic. I was given a coupon for an oil change to try them out. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I recieved as I was informed that my vehicle and 02 accord did not actually need service at a particular time but needed it with in another 10,000 miles. The inspection revealed that I needed to have my tranny fluid replaced and the vehicle passed with flying colors. I called again to have a wheel alignment done and was given a recommendation for a near by shop as polar bear does not do alignments. However I was informed that it was a simple problem of a tire split and thats why I was experiencing the problem I had. I have used this repair shop three times and will go for my fourth visit tomorrow. I have been very pleased with Polar Bear since day one. Thank you Gentleman!
