Review content:
I brought my car in around lunch and it was diagnosed by the end of that day. The work began the next day with the comment that it will take the whole day but no indication it would be longer. I had to call them twice to find out the progress and only when I called at 4:30 did I find out it wasn't going to be done by 5:30. I would appreciate someone keeping me informed of progress and timelines so I can plan the transportation of my 5 kids. Otherwise the work was fine, a/c now working as it should.
