My appointment was scheduled for 12:30. I was told to arrive at 12:00 to complete paperwork. I arrived at 11:45 and completed my paperwork. However, I was not seen until shortly after 1:00. I watched a patient that came in an hour after I did get called back for his dental work before me. After my services were completed, I was told I was going to see Dr. Flores. I guess he was too busy so they sent in Dr. Kessner. Then I waited in another room for another 10 minutes before someone came to see me to about my next appointment which I did not make.
