Review content:
I was in this week for a cut and color and was extremely dissatisfied by the service I received for the price I paid. The gentleman that did my hair is a very nice and engaging person, however was very slow and did not show confidence in his work. He seemed to have his own agenda of what he wanted to do with my hair rather than what I wanted done. When it came time to cut my hair, he did such a poor job that he had to enlist the help of a colleague. I sat there with three men working on my hair and giving advice as if I was an experiment in a hair school rather than a paying customer at a full service salon. It appeared as though my stylist did not have basic styling skills. My appointment was at one o'clock and I did not leave the salon until 4:40pm. So, aside from the money I paid, I also gave up an entire afternoon and missed a work appointment as a result. Though I was disappointed with the salon, my stylist, and the service I received, I was very impressed with Andrew who showed excellent professionalism and skill.
