Review content:
The person who answers the phone doesn't seem to know much about the salon's stylists and experience levels. The girls behind the front desk act a little too much like bored teenagers. My particular stylist was new to the salon and not as experienced as I had hoped. My hair color was not what I was expecting and it was very awkward to request a correction. The stylist came across as dismissive of my dissatisfaction and slightly hostile. Overall, the level of customer service received from initial phone call to leaving the salon was far below what I expected. As expensive and swanky as the salon portrays itself, I felt very disappointed by the entire experience.
